was a grey day brightened up with the smile of success from Jenny
McMahon of Torquay, who passed on October 22 with only seven minor
faults. Well done Jen see you on your Pass Plus. Jen said: 'Cliff's
very good at putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable. But
now I've passed I can do whatever I want without relying on anyone
else!' |

news for Heidi Holness of Torquay who breezed through her test on a
windy September 20. Well done Heidi, just in time for the new baby.
Heidi said: 'Cliff's completely on the same wavelengh as learners, he's
cool, calm and down-to-earth.' |
Laura
Harvey of Paignton passed first time on August 20. Laura said: 'All the
hard work was really worth it, now I've got wheels you won't see me for
dust!' Thanks to Cliff for his patience. |

Leadbetter of Paignton passed first time on June 1st. Sam said: 'I
think I passed first time because Cliff's got a great teaching style,
he made me feel relaxed and confident'. |
Mark
Govier of Torquay strolled to a comfortable pass on May 24, a beautiful
hot day. Mark said: 'As soon as I come back from holiday I'm going to
book my Pass Plus with you'. Mark - I look forward to it. |

girl doesn't hang around, passed her test in the morning, bought a car
in the afternoon! Watch out for Karen Duffield of Torquay who passed on
May 9. She said she appreciated my jokes before her test, they really
helped her to relax - yeah right, well done Karen (despite the jokes). |
A
lovely Spring day proved ideal for Gemma Jones of Paignton who passed
with only 7 minors on April 12. Gemma said: 'This is really great news
for my little boy who wants me to drive him to Digger Land! Learning to
drive means I've got freedom to go wherever I like.' |

well deserved pass for Jamie Leigh of Paignton on March 30. Jamie said:
“I certainly didn’t think that I'd pass first time
and thought that I
would need even more practice and tuition. The fact that I did pass
first time is a testament to Cliff’s tuition.” |

brilliant pass for Leanne Guy of Torquay who passed on March 22 with
only three minor faults. Leanne says: 'Cliff's a nice laid-back guy,
who's very good at chilling you out, I'd recommend him to anyone.' |

A
day at school then it started to rain - even this couldn't dampen the
smile on Hannah Watson's face when she was told those magical words:
'I'm pleased to say you've passed'. Hannah of Milber passed first time
on February 13. Hannah said: 'Cliff's fun and easy to get along with
and makes things understandable'. Ten days later on February 23 Hannah
successfully completed her Pass Plus. |

12 was a good day for Brett Baldwin of Paignton passing on his first
attempt with only 32 hours of tuition. Brett says: 'Cliff makes
learning easy - I felt well prepared'. |
February
8 started with big dark clouds and hailstones but turned into a
brilliant day for Spanish lass Vanessa Barea. To say Vanessa was
pleased is an understatement but she deserved to pass having put a lot
of effort into learning. She said: 'Cliff has a passion for teaching
driving and makes everything interesting, I would recommend him to
anyone.' |

1st was a great day for Stewart Castle of Paignton who passed after
just 35 hours tuition, well done Stew. He had this to say about my
teaching style: 'Cliff's very relaxed and makes a daunting thing like
this seem easy, he's friendly and what he says makes sense.' |
Well
done to Matt Johnson of Paignton who passed first time on January 8th
with only seven minors. Matt said: 'Cliff always makes you feel
comfortable and relaxed before every lesson, he's also good at picking
up on the little details that make all the difference to a first-time
pass.' |

seven minor faults put a smile on Joe Lock's face on January 4, a
well-deserved pass. Joe of Torquay says: 'Apart from Cliff's easy-going
nature I really liked the way he was able to fit lessons around my
